Normally if you want a new construction Cincinnati patio home, it's a 5-7 month process. Pick community, pick plan, pick options, contract, approve prints, tweak design options, wait for the home to be built and eventually you move in! Township Ohio? Then you're going to love the news we have for you!
But there ARE exceptions to the process! While there's no reasonable way for a builder to go start to finish on your patio home, the builders MAY offer a shortcut to the process when they start production without waiting for a buyer.
For instance, Fischer Homes has two homes planned to be available in about 60 days in Hamilton Township's Providence community. Located just outside of Maineville, Providence's location offers relatively easy commuting thanks to I71, SR48 & US 22/3. Pick your route, you'll be to work, dining or entertainment soon.
The two Fischer patio homes being offered are affordable too (at least by patio home standards!).
They have a Kiawah model built on a slab with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, an upstairs loft and a two car garage offered for $292,900 (subject to change).
They also have a Wilmington model built on a slab with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a two car garage offered for $267,900 (also subject to change).
And Fischer Homes isn't the only Cincinnati patio home builder with patio homes available for a short move in. Obviously the list is subject to change quickly, so it's important to act quickly once you've determined we have the right fit for your needs. And depending on the stage of the process, it might not be too late to add some customization to the home to make it even more suitable for your preferences.
