These are great ways to open the listing up. We do it on our high end listings and it is amazing the response and showings that comes from them. Good luck.

Hi Vickie! We've found that if you offer someting; gifts, wine, food - then we get a much better turnout. I've sat at plenty of open houses without one visitor, but these usually draw a great crowd. It also helps to join in with the other listing agents in the neighborhood or same street. Thanks!

Had to tell you. Open house yesterday.....had 8 visitors. Meeting with one of them tomorrow to write an offer on the property. So......you just never know.
