Gresik just wrapped up his stint at Drago Centro and has moved into his first solo project. This restaurant is sure to be a success with Gresik in charge. His culinary passion began at an early age in Southern California. Gresik grew up spending time in the kitchen with his mother, which helped him decide to pursue his professional career. He then attended the California School of Culinary Arts where he graduated at the top of his class. Since then, his culinary career has been an unusual one in the industry, taking him back and forth between pastry and savory roles in kitchens across the United States and abroad. Gresik then earned himself a job as a professional food consultant for the JBS Consulting Services group. He then decided to return home to Los Angeles to use the skills he learned abroad. From Drago Centro in downtown Los Angeles to now running his very own restaurant, we cannot wait to see what Chef Ian Gresik does with this new venture!
