Take a look at the attached chart. It shows the total homes avialable in teh Temecula 92592 area has dropped drastically over prior years and months.
I just posted a regular home and had 11 showings. It is priced right, but even so, this is a huge showing presence for January. Not a lot of inventory will help sellers!
