There is so much plagerism here.  It shold be patroled better and have some kind of a fine that would go to the site

I agree William and I think it is especially true in real estate.

I recently spoke to a client who uses a professional photographer for all of her listings. She also included area photos and content, all of which was then used without permission by anothe agent in the area. The offender even took the liberty of using that content on their own Website and her listings on the local MLS. 

It's important that we not only know what is and isn't ok but also how to resolve issues when they arise.
