I like the burlap picture too!  I strive to really listen to my clients throughout the transaction process and then hone in on the perfect gift.  For example, one buyer loved the back porch at the property and mentioned how it would be so lovely to have a wind chime out there.  Can you guess what she received on closing day?

The personalized burlap GIS picture is very unique. I bet the buyers really like something like that. 

I must say...... Great minds, Scott!  Exactly what I showed John at a recent art show and suggested we start giving as closing gifts.

I like the cutting board idea, everyone uses them almost daily.  As for the bag, although it is an interesting idea, if I had received one I would be a little concerned using it out in public as my last name would be on it.  Especially if I had kids with me, there are just to many crazies out there..

I love the cutting board idea.  I've been thinking about something that would be useful and have them be reminded of me often.  I think this would do the trick.

I like your choice of something special & unique. I usually give my buyers & sellers a closing gift from Glassybaby votive candle. It is a gift that many of my clients have loved and then have bought from Glassybaby for others. Glassbaby donates a % of their sale to wonderful causes. I let them choose the color, one for each of them if they area couple. For my Buyers I also add a key chain that reads, "Welcome Home". I also have used an Etsy artist, Jaclyn Hamilton's hand painted glassware. Her wine glasses & champagne glasses are particularly beautiful as well as her other glasses. If the clients have dogs, I can add a gift certificate for a custom dog tag from another artist... The gifts are customized for each client & their personality and lifestyle. I like finding unique gifts to show my appreciation for their business. There are so many wonderful products to choose from, it makes it fun to find something special. I always add a bottle of champagne or nonalcoholic champagne to the package, to help celebrate the event. Dropping off pizza & juice drinks on moving day has been very appreciated... It all depends on the client & my relationship with them. Some people I am closer with and some are more private, so the thank you gifts depend on the circumstance and are never two alike.

They're both very nice. I like the burlap coordinates as it is new and original. 

I like them. Definitely unique and the cutting board is utilitarian and probably an asset to most kitchens.

Thank you for the closing gift ideas. Honestly, choosing closing gifts stresses me out. I am going to take a closer look at the burlap print as it is unique, and you can be reasonably assured that your clients will not have anything like it.
