If you want a new construction patio home in Greater Cincinnati, first you have to determine which builders build them.  Some have a decent web presence, but some don't, or don't make it clear that they build Cincinnati patio homes.

Now there's one easy way to make sure you know what your options are:  hire us to help you.  Finding buyers the right fit for low maintenance living in the Cincinnati area.  Whether Kentucky or Ohio, Bill is licensed to take you to the builder that best matches your needs.

Heritage at Miami Bluffs

If you're looking for a 55+ Active Adult community in Cincinnati, then it's a short search.  That's Drees Homes Heritage At Miami Bluffs community, the ONLY 55+ community in the immediate area.

But if 55+ isn't a need, you'll find that there are some builders with significant numbers of patio home communities:  Drees and Fischer Homes are in that category.

There are patio home builders who specialize in luxury patio homes:  Great Traditions patio homes for the most part can't be built for less than $500,000, but you're going to love what they build!

There are other custom builders out there too:  Robert Lucke Homes is building upscale patio homes in Liberty Township's Four Bridges golf community.

Epcon offers some fantastic courtyard homes in West Chester and as they finish one community they're starting an even larger community just across the street.

Additionally, there are other builders that are moderate cost category:  Brookstone and Inverness have a limited number of locations.

And if you dig a bit deeper, there are some builders that either are limited to just one location or perhaps even one patio home at a time.  You REALLY need to know where to look for these because otherwise you won't find them with a web search.  And again, that's where WE come in!  We track patio home builders throughout the Greater Cincinnati region.

And if after all a new construction patio home isn't the best fit for you, we can shift gears and find a resale patio home for you!Providence patio homes Hamilton Township Ohio

It's good to know which builder can do what, and for what price.

Epcon & the others do a great job but, buyers still need their own representation, Bill. After all, they are representing their OWN best interests, not those of the buyers.

Great information on which builders offer Cincinnati patio homes!

It's the one point that seems to be the most difficult to get through to buyers on the whole:  they need their own dedicated representation.

So as someone from California where we don't use this term, I have to ask: Liz and Bill Spear what defines a "patio home?"

Most often it is a detached ranch home that as part of the HOA fee has contracted for lawncare.  The mowing gets done, snow removal off the driveway sidewalk (typically need 2"+ to trigger that), basic landscaping.  The homes are made of low maintance materials and are on fairly small lots.  The demographics tilt older, but most patio home communities are not designated 55+.
