In Orange County, foreclosures have shot up 49% since last December. Reports are showing that the lowest priced foreclosures are being bought quickly while the higher priced homes, though competitively priced, are staying on the market longer.

An agent in Orange County sponsored a REO Bus for these slow turning homes. He got together a group of interested buyers and bused them around to the different coastal cities. Everyone was able to view the homes and see what is available.

Now what a great idea, Mass property showings. Talk about saving time, meeting with numerous buyers and putting yourself out there.

This is something that we all could be able to do and get more business. The more buyers we speak and see with, the more chances of getting more business.
