What is important to you?
What should you be considering?
Because you are pre-qualified, Part 1... You know your price range.
What Community do you want to live in?
What size house do you want?
How many bedrooms do you need?
How many total rooms?
Bathrooms? Is 1 ok?
Do you need a Garage?
Is there a specific style of home you want or don't want?
- Single Family, Condo, Multifamily?
- 2 stories, single story?
- Do you want to be In-Town?.. Down Town?...in the Country?
What about condition?
- Are you able and/or willing to buy a home that needs work?
- If so.. what kind of work?.. Structural, mechanical or just cosmetic?
Your loan type may dictate that answer. Loans like FHA, VA, USDA have specific requirements.
What size yard are you looking for
"Big or small?" It's very subjective...It means different things to different people.
Keep in mind 1 acre is approximately the size of a football field.
1 acre = 43,560 sq. ft. - A football field is 50,000 sq. ft.
** Very important QUESTION!!**
Is there anything that you HAVE to HAVE or DO NOT WANT?

You do not have to know the answers to all these question, especially if you are a first time buyer and have never owned a home before. Your needs and wants may evolve as you start looking at homes. Your needs and wants may change. It's OK.

You can change a house, but you can't change where it is.
~Be willing to compromise some... As long as you don't give up your
"Have to Haves and settle for your "Don't wants"
