Its the little things that count the most.

Sometimes in life it really are the small things that count the most. In Real Estate, I can't lie. I really do like going to closings and getting paid. These are the big things. But I also relish having a client tell me that they would not use any other agent, ever.

Last night at a listing appointment with a past client, the wife tells me that they know several real estate agents and even had friends recommend agents to them, but they always say to them, no way. Our agent is Pete and we would never change!

She went on to explain that they trust me and know I have their best interests in mind always. Wow, it just does not get any better than that!

I look for these small signs. They mean alot.

I have recently found that some good friends of mine have reaffirmed to me why they are great friends. It is again the little things in life.

So, while we all love the big fancy moments that occur every now and again, watch for the small things as well. They happen more frequently, and can add up to be life changers!
