... it got me thinking

There is a double entendre' in this message. Be careful what you put on any social media post, for even the most inocuous sleight can cause you problems. I admit the President makes me uncomfortable with some of his Tweets, but I'm sure he has a purpose, has thought it through, and he is Tweeting as he would like to be Tweeted.

But more important about the obvious play on "treat" is the message for everyone from the Golden Rule and other well known sources. Speaking to our business, agents should be respectful not only of clients, but of each other. Buyers should be thoughtful in their actions toward sellers, and likewise. Respect other people's time. Think about how you would feel if ... happened to you. Be as honest and open as possible while staying within the confines of confidetiality.

I don't have to explain this since we've heard it all our lives, but we sometimes need to be reminded. It amazes me how some acts of kindness get repaid tenfold if we don't expect it.
