My website is not currently doing what I want it to do, so I'm trying to investigate companies that specialize in Realtor's website design & management. Two of the ones I'm thinking about are Advanced Access and Top Producer. I'm looking for any and all feedback on different companies including these two. What's your opionion?

www.point2agent is free and easy.  Limited free pages, then you can pay to step up.  It's by Internet Crusades (realtown blogs, e-Pro).

I used Advanced Access.  I have for many years.  I started with them, never had any real issues.  The site is easy and they are constantly upgrading.

I use Z57 Internet Solutions, based in San Diego.  They did a terrific job, were very patient and helpful during setup, and updating is easy.  They specialize in Realtor Websites http://www.z57.com

Marie, that's a nice website. How does it capture leads?

Sharon,

As a virtual assistant I work on setting up and maintaining a wide range of sites for agents. Let me start off by saying that although Advance Access has a nice looking end product the backend of the site is lacking.  For several years they have promised critical upgrades that just aren't happening. A major upgrade that hampered me is that they are not compatible with IE7. Many of the other website platforms have upgraded their compatibablites to IE7, as well as updated version of Firefox and Mozilla.  As a VA working with multiple clients, with multiple website vendors, I'm forced to work from 2 computers.  One computer that I can't update to IE7 solely to edit Advance Access sites.  The second computer I use for all other work because all other website vendors had the insight and technology to upgrade quickly.

There are many good website vendors available. The few I enjoy working with include Point 2 Agent, Dakno, TopProducer, Z57, Realtor Garage, iHouse and RealPro.  You didn't mention your budget, but AgentImage will create you a custom or semi-custom site for very little money and their sites are very easy to maintain.  I'm sure there are many more but these are the sites I've worked on recently.

If you have any questions feel free to call or email me.
