How can it be the end of January 2018 already? Its been a whirlwind month and probably my best January ever in sales! I showed a listing to a new buyer on Saturday and wrote an offer on Sunday for them after my open house. Looks like two strong buyers wanting to make an offer on my open house, I've reached out to their agents so hoping they follow through. Date night with Geno was so relaxing Saturday night, we had a chance to spend some quality time.

On another note have you heard about the 7th Annual Hotrods and Hatters in Lockhart Texas? Its a car show and live music and the price is right..FREE!! Hoping you can make time for this event.

Friday Feb. 2nd from 6-10pm and Saturday February 3rd 8am-12am!
