Hi Will Hamm

Nope.

It dates the videos. My strategy is more I want the videos to be a glimpse into my personality and that I am an expert in my field. The stuff put on the internet will be seen my people 50 years from now. Today's average price has not meaning when people see the videos I did 3 years ago or 7 years from now.

Also, generic videos allow me to re-purpose them. I can grab any catchy title video I ever did and hit the Youtube 'Share' button and blast it out to all my social media platforms at any time day or night.

Remember, no one cares about real estate or me near as much as I do. It's just background noise in people's busy lives, Until they need to buy or sell real estate then they are interested in me.

At which point people have short attention spans. You know the saying, people make up their opinion of us in 4-7 seconds. I just want to be bright and shiny and interesting. And appear as an expert in my field.

Then, they will connect with me if I am perceived as an expert in my field and a good personality fit.

Market data,... they'd rather look at a graph. Takes less time.

But finding a friendly good personality expert who can help them for 30-45 days, that's been a good strategy for me.

Besides, If I'm not on the internet, then these days people think I don't exist.

Keep doing your video's.

You will find your voice and your strategy.

All the best,

Brad Thomsen
