We're official! Our buyers have an approved contract to buy a "Move-In Ready Fischer Home"! While we started our search in Warren County Ohio, the search soon moved to northern Kentucky (just one perk of having an agent that is licensed on BOTH sides of the Ohio River!).
Our buyers are currently stationed in Oklahoma and had no househunting trips planned. Thanks to Skype and video calls, that didn't stop us from some virtual showings on a selection of Fischer Move-In Ready Homes. With three possible homes as strong candidates, the list was soon narrowed to one!
