A month after I sold a fixer upper to my buyers they called me up in a panic. Their renovation is on track but they cannot find the right style of tile and marble. They had visited six of the most popular marble and tile stores in the area with absolutely no luck. Since they were doing a whole house renovation they were looking for bath, kitchen, mudroom tile and stone countertops.
As an afterthought they called me since I had been their Realtor who happens to have a background in residential construction and property management.
