Clouds make for such pretty photos

I love clouds as well, Joan. I have maps of the different types of clouds hanging in my office in my Hawaii house. The horizon is so vast here in Kona, and we get such an usual number of different clouds. I don't see much of that in Sacramento.

As for Sunday, I'm going to the movies.

Often it seems so nice when snow is forecast then it closes in goes grey and the snow begins. Lovely photos, especially the one you had problems loading, you can almost feel the snow bearing down.

Living in the northeast - we get a lot of cloud cover. I agree with you! Cloud cover actually makes for better photos. They add depth and color. Those are truly great photos. Here is one I took of the Hudson River on a cloudly day...right before a storm.

Your photos are gorgeous Joan Cox I do love to clouds...so peaceful to watch.

Those are some great pictures!  I agree with you about clouds.  We have a lot of clear blue sky days here, so when there are a few clouds to accent the beautiful sky, I think it is good.
