Carlsbad buyers and sellers – Wondering if your house will sell? Have you consulted your psychic today?

If not, read on.

Given today’s real estate market and the media maelstrom of bad news, Carlsbad buyers and sellers are understandably concerned about the market. Folks ask questions about the housing market for which there are no definitive answers. Lots of speculation, predictions, and cocktail talk, but no answers. • And some sellers, and their agents, solicit the help of St. Joseph to sell their homes. Sellers, are we talking about consulting a “psychic REALTOR?” Nope. Some think they are, or act that way.
