I have my task list on my phone along with all my appointments and I try not to go to sleep at night until all are done! If I don't get them done, I try to look at why... Was it distractions or was it I just planned myself too much for one day.

Thanks for your comment Jackie, great tips on outlook...something I should start using.   So, in answer to your question.   I dont focus on time.  The reason is .....there are many distractions that can occur during a timeframe.  The way to avoid distractions is to focus on results.   If you are results focused and have a measurable tool to gauge your results you will be more efficient on GETTING MORE LOVE.   When our group of agents focus on time.....results were down.  When we focused on results.....we achieved them.  Distractions go away because of our focus on achieving results.  We measure results by number of phone calls a day, notes we write, appointments we make...and agencys that we take.

Dave, Thanks for your comment. I have found that a combination of time and activities/results works. The way I'm wired, I will not be atpeace until client work is complete, but I do have to do the work to bring in additional business. So, I work on client projects first (my goal is no more than 5 hours) and then spend the rest of the time working on business development activities.
