I am happy to share three of my 2018 goals and am happy that Debbie Reynolds has given us this challenge. And there is nothing like sharing goal to develop your own accountability. So with that said here are three of mine.
1. Create More Webinars. For several years I have done webinars which are hosted by third party webinar companies such as TrainHR. Specifically my goal is to do 2 webinars per month on timely topics on leadership, human resources, and organizational development. Although my immediate goal is paid revenue for speaking my goal is coninued national exposure. I want to create more opportunities by doing more webinars. My previous selection of webinars has referred consulting assignments in Hilton Head and New Orleans.
2. Revamp my website and include Hubspot CRM. My website has been rewritten but awaits my content. I am going from general to specific on each page to leverage my leadership and organizational development niche. I am working on creating valuable downloadable take aways where I can utilize the Hubspot wiget to create targeted drip marketing. I will confess that this is taken longer than expected although putting this goal out there now will make me kick it up a notch.
3. Use more videos. For this goal I am also keeping a close watch on Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD 's series on videos. I am a believer and my goal is to develop the discipline. I have ordered an Osmo Mobile for my cell phone to help make stabilized videos on the fly. I hope to have it my next Thursday evening when I am doing a presentation and interactive excercise on the DISC personality assessment.
In sharing these I have now added AR as my accountability partner. Debbie thanks for helping us start the year running.
