Everyone knows that when it comes to selling a home that there is certain information that you can always expect and you should indeed always include. Price, square footage, number of bedrooms & baths, and of course any nice additional features that set the home apart or make it a catch. This is all wonderful info that will help a buyer decide if this is a home that they want to look into further.
But remember that many buyers will purchase a home based on an emotional connection. So what about the lifestyle that comes with the home? This should not be overlooked in an effort to make that connection.
If a home is on a dirt road with no neighbors, then it is private. Let the buyer pictures themselves enjoying a morning cup of coffee on the back porch while listening to the birds sing. Or a beverage in the evening while grilling out with friends and no worries about nosy onlookers from next door.
Maybe the home is in a golf cart friendly community with schools right inside the neighborhood where you can pick up the little ones and swing by a playground on the way home. Or grab a slushy from a passing food truck that knows exactly when school lets out. The fact of the matter is that the lifestyle attached to the home can often help sell a listing just as much as the home itself. So don't overlook the lifestyle, instead use it to your benefit.
