Instead of worry try and do something about the issue to make it better

Worry is definitely a misuse of time.  If there is something you can do about the situation, you should be doing it.  If not, let it go.

Wise word from Lou....what we worry about is usually not as big a problem as our imaginations allow us to think it is !

Lou certainly knew how to call it, I rarely found any fault at all in his words.  I hope that your day will be enjoyed my friend!

Good morning Barbara. I have come to understand this but it took years. I miss Lou.

It's hard not to worry from time to time but it's about as useful as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubble gum. I stole that from a song.
