Soliciting client testimonials is a fantastic investment of time in your business. This is a great opportunity to learn from some of your main or new clients what they think of your work, what their hot button is, and use that as an advertisement to earn new clients.
One great way to utilize your client testimonials is to put together a sheet of them and distribute with other marketing materials at presentations. Here is my latest example:
I typically include this with a copy of my flier designed for agents to use in their listing packet, a general article I wrote about Staging, and a tip sheet with a few bullet points for agents to use when describing Home Staging to their clients.
And of course include testimonials on websites, AR profiles, etc. Anywhere you can fit them it!
