The first time I walked into this 3,209 square foot home, it was like the first time walking into a distant relative's home. Of course, I was excited to see the people (sellers), but I was so eager to look around.
As much as I enjoy an open floor plan, there was something about the "designated rooms" of 10033 that reminded me of family gatherings growing up. The kids playing in one living area and the adults laughing in another.
Oh my goodness, we would've had a blast in the upstairs living area!
With each step and turn I felt a since of togetherness - as I envisioned the home filled with people. All of the meals being prepared for birthday parties and holidays, guests arriving to find their host has designated a bathroom just for them, and hugs adorning the entry way.
