Today was going to be very productive but then my ds(darling son) who is 9 years old woke up with his tummy hurting. Needless to stay instead of lead generating I was giving my son some loving care.

After all, I know this is what we do all of this for. He is feeling much better now and should go to school tomorrow. I sometimes feel that as soon as IĀ get going something stops me and slows me down.

My family will always come first and God has always blessed me with good business.

Even though I know all of this I can't help but feel like I could've done more today.

When I look my son in the eyes I know I did what God put me here to do.

Lead generating can wait. My sweet boy needed his mother and I dropped everything to be there.

I know he will remember that when he is older. My kids do not get sick much and when they do Scott and I do what we can to make them comfortable. I will make up tomorrow what I didn't do today.

Good night for now!

Margaret, it's great to see that you're willing to take time to spend with your son being sick.  So many get so consumed with work and from what I hear from other moms that they wished they had spent more time with there children.

Tammy,

You are so right, its the moms who chose work over family that are friends of mine and I have listened to their sad stories of" I wish I had"

Their words always come back to me when I am taking care of my family and it helps me choose the right thing so I don't become one of the "wish i hads group."

thanks for your comment. have a great week.

Sadly, I am a member of the "wish I hads group". I feel guilty that I was not there enough for my daughter (who is now 19) but I am trying to be there as much as I can for my son who is 9 yrs. old.

Renee,

There is no limit to when you start. Just the fact you have started is a good thing.

If we didn't learn from our past then we would be hopeless.

Congrads and give that boy a hug.

Have a great memorial day!
