The FLU is slowing down home sales

There is nothing worse than a FLU epidemic to slow down a home sale. The good part is it is not me who is sick. (knock on wood). As bad luck would have it, the Loan officer needing to finish up a loan closing this week is out with the FLU. They say no one else can do it, it will be done when she gets back?
Then on deal #2, the FHA appraiser who wrote up all kinds of crazy things in his appraisal, is needed to come back to "re-inspect" these items are finished so we can close that deal. Sorry he has the FLU too.
For me, I have resorted to resisting hand shaking. I Bought a couple of new PURELL HAND SANITIZER DISPENSER START KITS. A little precautionary purell never hurt.
So if you have the flu, I hope you feel better. But stay home, rest and do not spread it.
