West Hollywood Halloween Costume Carnaval, The Largest Adult Outdoor Halloween Event In The World

The entire week will be filled with special events, costume contests, and, of course, the world-famous costume party on Santa Monica Boulevard Halloween night, October 31st, 2008.

On Halloween night every year, West Hollywood stages perhaps the most extravagant Halloween party anywhere. Santa Monica Boulevard, one of the busies streets in Los Angeles, is converted into a pedestrian only zone between Doheny and La Cienega Boulevards. This one mile stretch of road gets packed by over three hundred thousand partiers each year.

Further details will be posted as they become available.

Join West Hollywood's revelers on Halloween.

Show off your most outrageous costume. On October 31st, the night of tricks and treats, the Halloween & Costume Carnaval draws over 400,000 participants to The Boulevard for food, merriment and costume contests.

Visitors can stroll up and down the street, listening to famous musical acts and comedians and checking out the costume competition. A celebration for everyone!

Hey Stewart, thanks again for the invite to the L.A. Connections group. I have a friend who went down to the Halloween bash in Santa Monica last year and had an absolute blast. Sounds like a great time. Talk to you soon.

Stewart,

Did you say 300,000 people?  I've seen this event in the news every year, but I didn't realize the numbers were that big! Wow!  I would hate trying to find parking that night.  Stewart, what are you dressing up as this year?
