Nature's Interprets 2018 Color Of The Year!

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants

This bouquet of purple glads brightens up our living room space.  As we were looking more closely at the blossoms, they reminded us of the color of the year that Pantone selected for 2018.

Every year the Pantone Company, known for originating a universal color language for designers and printers, selects the color of the year.  This year they selected ultra violet (swatch pictured below).  Here is the Pantone explanation of Ultra Violet.  We use the Pantone books in selecting the right colors and hues, when we develop brands.

"Historically, there has been a mystical or spiritual quality attached to Ultra Violet. The color is often associated with mindfulness practices, which offer a higher ground to those seeking refuge from today’s over-stimulated world. The use of purple-toned lighting in meditation spaces and other gathering places energizes the communities that gather there and inspire connection."

In selecting the right colors for your brand, it is essential that they represent your brand personality and your brand values.  Stay tuned for our next case study.

CAN YOU STATE HOW YOU ARE DIFFERENT AND BETTER THAN YOUR COMPETITION IN UNDER 30 SECONDS?

ABOUT:  Luxury Real Estate is a high stakes game. Commissions are substantial! We help luxury real estate professionals get to the listing table more often and win listings more frequently.  If you want to be the market leader, the personal or company brand that your target market thinks of first and refers most often, you need an Elevator Statement to accelerate the process.  We can get you there!

Can you state how you are different and better than your competition in under 30 seconds? Your Elevator Statement is a succinct and persuasive summary of your extraordinary promise of value, your unique selling proposition.  You should be able to answer each of the following questions in about 20-30 seconds (the time frame of a short elevator ride):  What do you do? - How do you do it?  -  How are you different?

Watch the video above to see and hear how we do it.

Oh lovely. Ultra Violet glads - they look a lot like your signature orchids.  I like your take on highlighting the color of the year, too. Looking forward to more on the color branding concept. I know we love our NAN colors.

I absolutely love glads and these are just beautiful.  I am also a big fan of this year’s Pantone color choice.

I love gladiolas - especially these beautiful purple flowers! As for decorating with a lot of purple, it's not as popular in my area as it used to be years ago.

Anna Banana Kruchten CRS,CRB in the mid 80's it was popular.  So far in branding, the purples have gone more towards the plum side.   It can be too jarring.  Personally I love purple and all the plums.  A

John Wiley they should be a color you like, however, it has to be in harmony with your marketplace, and also convey your brand personality.  If you looks at our brand, you will notice nothing in purple although we both like the color.  A

Hi Alexandra,
I love the flowers and like the ultra violet.  It's similar to the shirt color in my profile pic.

Kathy Streib it is one of my favorite colors also.  One of these days I would love to create a brand with purple, even a hint of it  in a logo.  Last night as I was going to sleep, I was thinking what state and what area would work with purple hints... A
