If you had to talk about Novi Michigan the first thing you would probably hear about the city is 12 Oaks Mall which is one of the biggest malls in the area.  People from all over Metro Detroit come to Novi to shop at the mall and all the surrounding areas.  Novi really does not have a central downtown.  Restaurants, stores, and doctors offices are all over the city along the major throughfares.  Novi also has a big convention center and a great hospital.

The Novi real estate market is usually a very good market because of the good schools, low crime, and easy access to freeways.  It is one of the more desirable communities in Western Oakland County.  If you are moving to South Eastern Michigan this is one city you should look at.
