Up 26% - that's an incredible year-over-year increase.   Good news for the market.  Are you personally seeing a change in attitude and perhaps a braver outlook?

I have personally had clients who were bottom fishing, and tending to take a "wait see" attitude.  This news may encourage them to move less tentatively.
