This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Joe Steck. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 5.7 percent, new homes are up 1.1 percent and resale condos are up 13.8 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 5.5 percent, down 3.5 percent on condos and up 4.7 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 31.0 percent and the sales volume is up 9.5 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 5.4 percent and the sales volume is up 2.3 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 3.4 percent and the sales volume is up 31.6 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 0.4 and the sales volume is down 7.5 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 8.3 percent and the sales volume is down 15.4 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 1.9 percent and the sales volume down 6.0 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 8.1 percent and the sales volume is down 24.6 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 14.7 percent and the sales volume is down 33.3 percent.
Corona del Mar is leading the the way with a very strong week $2,750,000 median price for a home. Our market changes every year after the superbowl, this year is no different. We are seeing a lot of activity at the open houses and it is reflecting in the numbers. Accept not so much in sales volume in San Clemente.
