A Walk Through The Salt Marsh Nature Park!

Services for Real Estate Pros with Napa Consultants

Yesterday, we took a walk through the Salt Marsh Nature Park.  It is a lovely walk that leads to the beach. We were happy to see green leaves and bushes appear along our path to the beach.

Daily, for three weeks we had mud dredging equipment filling trucks with mud and storm debris.  The mud was then taken to this location and dumped into the ocean in a specified area under the strict supervision of the Coastal commission.   It has to do with the currents.  Sadly this section of the beach is closed to swimmers, fisherman and surfers.

The good news is that they are done in our area.  The work continues in Montecito.  They are doing a good job restoring status quo!

Wishing you all a great week!

ABOUT:  Luxury Real Estate is a high stakes game. Commissions are substantial! We help luxury real estate professionals get to the listing table more often and win listings more frequently.  If you want to be the market leader, the personal or company brand that your target market thinks of first and refers most often, you need an Elevator Statement to accelerate the process.  We can get you there!

Your Elevator Statement is a succinct and persuasive summary of your extraordinary promise of value, your unique selling proposition.  In a time-starved world the attention span of your target market is shrinking.  Once you briefly state what you do and how you do it, you have a maximum of 30 seconds to convey what sets you apart from the crowd.  Can you state how you are different and better than your competition in under 30 seconds?

Watch the video above to see and hear how we do it.

Morning Alexandra.

That looks like they've done a lot of work.  Do they plan on opening the beach in the future?

James Dray we can walk on the beach, however we are not going to in this area without covered shoes and socks.  Those who have gone surfing and ignoring the warnings have had to deal with nasal infections.  They will reopen it once it is declared safe.

Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD all the channels are clear on our side to take care of it, and they are pretty much done clearing the creeks in Montecito,  They worked on them through the weekend and today.  We visited one of our broker friends at an open house yesterday, and she told us of a home that closed the day before the storm, and still is filled inside with mud halfway up the walls...luckily it was not red tagged for demolition...So much destruction  it is hard to fathom.  Mud abounds!

The owner of the two most prestigious hotels and another one in town is continuing to pay the salaries of his employees even though they are not working.  We loved hearing that!  A
