Bike Week Veterans? Looking For New Entertainment?

Have you seen David Allen Coe about 10 times too many? Tired of Daytona Beach Politics? Not into the Destination scene? Pat Travers is playing both Thursday and Friday, go see him on Thursday and join BLACKFOOT at the White Eagle Lounge in Korona on Friday March 9^th.

BLACKFOOT will be taking the stage at 9PM following local favorites Out A Nowhere and Matanzas.

There are many ways to get to The White Eagle Lounge from Volusia County, I'm going to give you the 2 easy ways:

One route to take is follow US 1 North past the Iron Horse and Destination Daytona. Once you get through the traffic at Destination you will travel about 6 miles more and you will find The White Eagle Lounge on the corner of Old Dixie Hwy and US 1.

If you have never rode "The Loop" I think you will like this route better, it's beautiful and so scenic, it is reminiscent of old Florida and much less traffic, make sure to do this ride during the day! Lets start this trip from US 1 and SR 40 AKA Granada Blvd in Ormond Beach. Take Granada East from US 1 to Beach Street and make a left on Beach street (just before the bridge) This is part of The Scenic Loop Trail, follow that road along the Halifax River, through Tomoka State Park and under the canopy of trees through the marshes, at some point you will notice that you are no longer on Beach Street and that you are now on Old Dixie Hwy. You will go over I95 and the next thing you know you are at a stop sign, to your right is The White Eagle!

Motorcycle Enthusiasts, if you have never been to the White Eagle before, please park in the grassy area in front of the house to the North of the Lounge. Don't attempt to park or ride in the sand. Florida and The White Eagle has sugar sand, sugar sand is not a motorcycle's friend.
