Should ride with your agent to showings?

There has been a lot of talk about clients riding with their agent.

There are good and bad points.

Good, you can talk with the agent and talk about what you would do or what you like and don't like.

Bad, talking while driving, are you giving away any info even your agent should not have?

This is a feel good question. If it feels good to ride with then do so.  If not, then drive separate!

It's been a long time since I've driven a client around but I think most of the time the reason is they have kids and child seats which are a hassle to move from one car to another William Feela .

Good morning again William. If you like and respect your agent you shouldn't worry about giving anything away.

Bill, if my client is from out of town then I usually ask them to ride with me.

I have a mixed bag when it comes to my buyers riding with me. I have some that would like to meet me at the office and ride, and others that would just assume meet me at a house and follow to others.
