The landscape for Area 41, Denton County, is a tapestry of approximately 780, 612 people, an array of architectural styles, a variety of price ranges, thriving business owners, neighborhood communities, great schools, restaurant diversity, and when you throw in a few peacocks, donkeys, bulls, and horses, it's just a nice place to live and call home.
Something most people want to know is, "How's the market?" 2017 was one of the strongest markets we have experienced with housing price increases. While many sellers did and will continue to get multiple offers, there's no guarantee it will happen for everyone. Being represented by someone who knows the local market and has credibility is one of the best suggestions I can give potential Sellers. 2018 is the beginning of my 15th year in real estate. During the course of my career, I have seen the ebbs and flows due to economic turns. For that reason, I do believe "strike when the iron is hot!"
Area 41 in Denton County is strong in 2018. Economists predict values should continue to rise. Lenders are still saying, it's an excellent time for buyers who qualify to buy. Real Estate investing remains an opportunity to build on cash flow and wealth. Communities are growing. Property values are on the rise. There is an extremely high demand as well as an extremely low supply. If you are in a position to buy and/or sell "strike when the iron is hot!" Call me, I'll be there.
