How can you stand out in todays market? Huge question, when you find a great idea, how do you implement it?
Here are some ideas and better yet some links to make it happen...time to get out of the box and show how Real Living is different. Not keep in mind that there are a lot of cool things we can do staying with in Brand Standards.
1. These guys rock! Cranky Creative is one of my favorite companies ever! Relocated yankees in Durham NC showing what it takes to make it in a changing market. Check out their site and all of the creative stuff they do for us! They did my word wall, our dry board (wall), yard signs. They rock and they have contractors in your market to do the same.
2. Great advertising for $400 a month and unlimited views? How about using this to show you are responsible, creative and fun? A wrapped Mini Cooper with 30 mpg for $300 a month plus amortized wrap costs. Or any Hybrid and add our Real Living Green logo? KW, Re/Max or CB haven't gone there yet.
3. One of my favorites, I use to have the local high school cheerleaders hold open house directionals and hand out maps and flyers for our large open house events. Worked great and they raised money for camp, a win-win...if that idea does not work how about this really cool way to get attention! Sign Spinners, the coolest thing in a long time, check out the videos on youtube. I am looking so hard for the right spot for this I love it.
4. Old faithful and agents love 'em! License Plates. Tom Grimshaw and Jennifer McCloskey in Coral Gables have the sweetest plates, they got them at Buildasign.com.
Have fun, get out of the box, the market is starting to turn but by the time it totally recovers it will look a lot different, will you?
