South Riding Mid Week Update 2/10/2018-2/13/2018

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. There are currently 7 homes for sale.  0 homes new to the market.  3 homes which went under contract; 2 traditional sale town homes and 1 traditional sale detached homes. 0 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale town homes. There are 1 homes coming soon.  I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
