The answer, of course, is ANYTIME!!

Moms In Prayer (MIP -- formerly called Moms In Touch) was founded in 1984, when a mom named Fern Nichols was worried about sending her two eldest children off to middle school. She asked God to bring her another mom with whom she could pray for their children and school. God answered her prayer, and the first ever Moms In Prayer group formed. Since then the ministry has grown to moms praying in every state in the USA as well as in more than 140 countries

Moms In Prayer offers groups for ALL moms and even grandmothers who wish to pray for their children and/or grandchildren.  Find a group which works for you--elementary age, middle school, high school, college and careers-- all of these groups can be found meeting both during the day and in the evening.

I currently am part of a group that meets to pray for college-aged children and older.  We pray at a home in College Station, TX from 8:30 - 9:30 Thursday mornings.

You may be thinking--I am SO busy already!!  I cannot possibly add another activity to my list!  What kind of time committment is MIP?  Only one hour each week.  We all have such busy lives and so, we start on time and finish on time-every week.  I can say from personal experience, I have seen God answer our prayers ==sometimes we see an immediate answer, sometimes we wait, but there is a peace and a joy in the asking.

If you would like to find a Moms In Prayer group to join in College Station, you can contact me or Barb Herrman at 979-220-7514.

Or if you are located anywhere else in the USA, visit   Praying for Children & Schools  to locate a group leader in your area! You'll be glad you did!
