I have heard that as well Ron and Alexandra Seigel , but I have also heard that it would take a great deal of wine for that benefit to be realized. Also, I think there is a lot of sugar in wine, which might be far worse than the benefit of it, haha. Either way, I still enjoy a glass every now and then!
