North Orange County in Fullerton. She is patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and driven to make her clients happy.
With Tina's help, my wife and I recently purchased a new home in Orange County after shopping around for almost a year. We initiated contact with Tina after discovering an ad for a property in her local area. It was obvious from the initial communication that Tina was a serious and dedicated professional.
Although she was not available to show the home immediately, she arranged for her mother Alice Maraj (a fellow real estate agent) to meet us and tour the property at our convenience. My wife and I were quickly impressed with her mother's honestly in what was undoubtedly a rapidly changing market. After countless interactions with other agents, my wife and I really appreciated this approach because it was so different from some other agents who were obviously more committed to pressure and sales rather than fulfilling the needs of their clients.
Since we were very impressed with Tina's mother, we arranged a subsequent visit to a different property with Tina. Like her mother, Tina was very forthcoming and professional. She seemed genuinely interested in helping my wife and I find the right home for us. After several months of exploring different possibilities, my wife and I decided to wait indefinitely and despite having worked hard on our behalf Tina was 100% respectful of our decision.
Several months later, I viewed an internet listing for a property that appeared promising and unusually affordable. Although I'd had no contact with Tina for a few months, I called her and asked if she could arrange for a visit. Not only did she quickly arrange for a visit to the property, she went down and took a first hand look at the property so that she could report back regarding her personal observations. One day later, my wife and I viewed the property and made an offer that same evening. I have no doubt that had it not been for Tina's professional efforts, the property would have gobbled up quickly by other bargain hunting homebuyers.
As our purchase was a bank foreclosed property, the process was a little different than the typical home purchase and Tina walked us through the process step by step. In any real estate market, buyers and sellers need an agent who will work to protect and pursue the best interests of their clients; my wife and I believe that Tina is this person.
