I have been showing houses to my daughter and her family recently. With two toddlers, a dog and a cat they are bursting at the seams in their starter home. One of the houses that we have seen twice has cabinets and an island much like the ones in my current house. My grandson has asked me if we can make cookies every time we go into that kitchen. I guess it was hard for him to understand that the kitchen is not in his Nana's house.
That's so cute... always interesting to see what little kids come up with when they go house hunting with their parents.

I get a kick out of little people when they are along for the ride when looking at homes. They don't always understand what's going on but they can usually come up with some great questions.
That sounds like it could be the one if your grandson feels so at home. Have they made an offer?
They have not because it is overpriced and there is new construction available for a better price. They reserved a lot in the new construction area.
