My first contact with this couple was mid November. They were relocating to the Jackson MS metro area for a job opportunity and looking for a Realtor to help them find a home.
Less than 60 days and two snow days later, we closed on their home.
My heart was full when I received the following review...
"We found Pat Starnes online where she was highly recommended. We spoke with her on the phone. She subsequently gave us her website of current homes that she thought matched our desires.
When we flew into town, we had 5 days to find a home. She picked us up at the airport despite the fact that it snowed 3 inches that day! We spent 8-12 hour days together that weekend looking at homes. Monday we were no closer to finding a house and we were flying out the next day. At that point, Pat recommended some areas that we had not considered.
Pat used her knowledge of real-estate and the area, plus spent time getting to know us, not just what type of house we wanted, but why. I think this helped her focus on what we needed, not necessarily what we wanted. She managed to meet both my and my husband’s needs, even though some of our needs and desires conflicted. Pat was thoughtful and paid attention to detail. 
What I especially liked about Pat is that she wanted to sell us the right house, not just make a sale. She stayed in close contact with us from the time we put in the offer through the closing, even through the end-of-year holidays. After closing, she called a couple of times that week to see if we needed anything. Pat was a delight to work with. If we are ever in need of a real-estate agent in the area, we will definitely choose her. Needless to say, we highly recommend her.
Clients like this make me LOVE what I do. Finding the right home was challenging, in part because they wanted different things in a home. The had conflicting ideas in how they envisioned their future home, but in the end, we found the ideal home in an area they had not previously considered.
On the last day of their house hunting trip, I through caution to the wind and showed them something unlike anything they had described. And it worked! This house fits their needs for NOW and if they decide to move again in five years to their FOREVER home, we will make that happen.
I will always have fond memories of the time we spent together in search of their home. I've shared two other blog posts about our experiences together. This couple was a JOY to work with and I appreciate their testimonial very much.
