I know that the subprime, stated income products have dried up, but I find myself in a situation where I need to find a lender for my own less than attractive loan.  Has anyone had any recent experience with a lender who offers these products in MA or on a national scale?

it is definitely tough...minimum score would be 700 with at least 30% ltv in property to do a refi stated.

Lesley,

Infamous words of a mortgage broker "It all depends on the particular situation"  Are there still lenders out there yes, few and far between.  Feel free to email me the partitculars such as credit score and LTV and type of loan (purchase or refinance, cash out refi, 2nd mortgage, etc.)

I will see what I can find.
