While, homes sales fell 16.4% in January of 2018 from in December of 2017, but did not change 0.0% from January of 2017 in Inland Empire, California.
There were 4.4 months supplies of available inventory of homes in January of 2018 gained from 3.4 months December of 2017, but down from 4.6 months in January of 2017. On average it took 38.00 days to sell a home in January of 2018, higher from 24.0 days in December of 2017, but dropped from 48.0 days in January of 2017 in Inland Empire, California.
