On February 20, 2018, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 2.4% to the price of $660,720 in January of 2018 from price of $645,000 in December of 2017, and jumped 12.5% from price of $587,250 in January of 2017. While, homes sales decreased 8.0% in January of 2018 from in December of 2017, and gained 3.7% from January of 2017 in Ventura County, California.

There were 4.7 months supplies of available inventory of homes in January of 2018 gained from 4.0 months December of 2017, and up from 4.2 months in January of 2017. On average it took 58.5 days to sell a home in January of 2018, higher from 55.0 days in December of 2017, but lower from 60.0 days in January of 2017 in Ventura County, California.
