I love the side entry garage!!... most communities are front entry so you can't have a messy garage like me!  Without basements, the garage is very important - the side entry is a definite plus!!

Did you use a stager for this property? It looks like it is perfectly staged. If so, do you see listings selling more that are staged correctly?

If a Home needs to be staged we do it ourselves- more often than not Charlene Stancil (one of Internet Realty Broker's Agents) does the work.

I do think the ones that are set-up well do sell much faster!
