The Winter Olympics are almost over, those who watched had the opportunity to see world class athletes compete in the various winter sports on the biggest stage of their career. As we all concur, some of these athletes have been training since they were little children.
We all know and accept the fact, that to be physically the best in any sport involves, a strong will to succeed. The goal to be the ‘Best’, comes with many choices, many decisions and many sacrifices.
There has to emotional strength from the individual, what I call a stick with it attitude. There must be an emotional development and almost like a superhuman desire of achieving the desired goal i.e.: to be the best in the world is the result. One must improve on the weaknesses and build them into strengths. Most importantly there must be internal discipline. One must be mentally tough! There has to be mental maturity! Whiners, complainers and those who make excuses will never be on the world stage of the Winter Olympics.
So, you might ask me, Endre Barath how does an Olympic Medal Winner compare to a Beverly Hills Realtor? To me the answer so simple: The fundamental goal for me is to provide my clients with what they consider the best desired result i.e.: helping them in the Buying or Selling process in the greater Los Angeles area. In my perspective that is the Gold Standard.

How can I achieve that? Well that is the easy part, by having my priorities right, when others watch TV are out having “fun” playing, I am working. I am doing my best under the conditions that exist in the Greater Los Angeles Real Estate Market, calling, emailing, texting with all the parties involved from early to late at night until the desired result is achieved.
I am sincerely interested in helping them achieve their goals, the result is simple: we close the transaction and then they either become friends or repeat clients down the road. Some even reward me with referrals and five-star reviews.
The biggest difference is I do it day in and day out not just every four years! The competitive stage is every day, hence that is the reason I have been a successful Realtor in Beverly Hills for the past twenty plus years!
