Lunch from Ming's Asian Bistro in Kentlands

 

Chef Dolores was doing some shopping and stopped at Ming's Asian Bistro in Kentlands to pick up our lunch to have at home. She selected the hot and sour soup, General Tso's Chicken and Orange Chicken. The food was excellent and the portions were large enough for us to have an additional meal. We were in one of the local malls and they gave free samples of orange chicken. Larry really enjoyed it and ordered it for lunch...

Roy, I just love sweet/sour Asian meals and also, Orange Chicken.  Living in Hawaii for almost 3 years, we were able to easily find this tasty food.  Chef Dolores seems to be a highly experienced food connoisseur.  Seems she knows how to choose things from a menu that you both enjoy.
