3.~Presentation, - "The Eye of the Tiger" You and I will walk through the entire home. Talk about each room, and then stage it. Simple as that! The home is like a Job interview: You will dress up properly and give a great presentation..
4.~Communication, - This is where a good percentage of agent fail. They don't listen to the client's needs and expectations.
