When I work, I am always serious. Why, because there is a higher standard of behavior required in the workplace. The industry may have changed but the one constant is being ready, willing and able to perform as required. As simple as that may sound it is unusual today, and so if you want to stand out be serious.
I do try and keep the showings fun and on the lighter side, but when it comes down to the nuts and bolts of contracts, it is all business.
